We create unforgettable memories ...
“We spent the most wonderful week at the Villa Escapadou situated in the medieval town of Cordes Sur Ciel. It was our highlight of our France, Tuscany trip. The villa exceeded our expectation in every way, it had everything you required and the views were so amazing. I honestly thought we went back into time, back to the era where knights walked the stoned walk ways. We took so many photos of our kids dressed up in knight costumes, and we could just image what Cordes Sur Ciel was like back in the 13th Century. It was the perfect place to explore the surrounds, the markets, the castles, it was so memorising and so unforgettable. Thankyou so much Claire for letting our family rent your villa for the week, I just wished it was fo so much longer. I could see why people sell up and move to this town.”
Hope that helos, and it really was a beautiful place, just writing this brought tears to my eyes…

We found the Escapadou property to be beautiful and extremely comfortable offering all the little luxuries and fine touches that you’d expect from boutique accomodation. The location of Cordes sur Ciel: a quant, historic, hillside French villlage of cobbled streets, beautiful gardens and stunning views made for rural French living at its best!! We left with our hearts full of vivid, amazing, resplendent, everlasting family memories ….

“Our extended family enjoyed a glorious two weeks in the luxury of escapadou. The combination of a spacious and exceptionally well appointed home, glorious views and a convenient location close to Cordes centre was perfect. We can also recommend the many local walks and the hospitable local vineyards.

This is the most magical, most dizzyingly beautiful place we visited whilst travelling through France. The house is absolutely divine. Even arriving in around 5 degrees the house had a warmness to it that captivated you as soon as you walked in. We spent 5 days here – we should have spent a month. Cordes Sur Ciel is a hidden treasure – a divine little place inhabited by divine people. Walking up the hill you are met with another treasure – fabulous restaurants and an entire village you feel you somehow own when walking through it. Sitting outside one of the restaurants in the warm Spring sun drinking an entire bottle of beautiful French wine is a memory I am aiming to recreate one day soon. St Antonin Noble Val Sunday markets were also one of the highlights of our French holiday – again the people were divine and the markets just beautiful. It really was like stepping back in time. If you are looking for some magic in France, then you have to come and stay here int his house in this village and live like a local for a while. There really is nothing like it and it really is a truly magical experience.

We had the pleasure of staying at this magical gem on our last trip to South of France. The house was simply breathtaking and the medieval town and surrounds magical. Each day we discovered new hidden treasures and embraced the local way of life. We cant wait to go back!
